I’m currently applying for an internship with a Juvenile Court judge. I’ve been asked to write an proposal and frankly as I’ve never written one before I have no idea where to begin. Will someone please give me a guide and/or tips onto how to write a successful proposal for an internship?

I want to go back to school to get a degree in Illustration/Cartooning. I want to gain some experience in the comics business because I think it would help me get my own comics nad distributed. As far as I know, you have to be a full-time student to intern at a comic book company- at least, that’s the case with Marvel and DC. I don’t know about other publishers. I want to contact Marvel and DC about apprenticelships, but what is the difference between internships and apprenticeships, or are they the same thing? Should I pursue either one if I want to get my own comics published and distributed? Please help me out-thank you.

I’m a senior in High School and I’m very interested in becoming an FBI Agent, particularly as a computer specialist. Question by David: How will these factors affect my acceptance into the FBI, its paid internships, or support staff?
I am an accounting major/finance minor who will be graduating summa *** laude from Baruch College, and I have a clean record according to what was posted on their site. But even after reading their site and searching the Internet, I am not sure how the following situations will affect my being accepted into the FBI or their Honors Internship:
- I am HIV positive
- I have asthma. It is mild and very controlled, considering that I now work out and practice Krav Maga rigorously.
- I received SSI almost all my life until last month.
- I received Medicaid all my life (which will probably be cut off soon)
- I am currently not fluent enough in a second language
Is there any flexibility as far as these factors are concerned?

However, due to budget cuts and participating in summer internships I have of course had a job and left the job when the summer was up or the budget laid me off.

Im interning in NYC for the summer abd I wanna know where to visit before i leave( i came on june 1′st ill leave august 15).
Ive been to the Brooklyn Bridge, African Museum, China Town, and I intern in Manhattan(On Wall Street).
